Providing the fruit and vegetable industry with a simple and sustainable post-harvest storage solution
The route of fresh produce from harvest to sale is often unknown to consumers. The ability to maintain freshness during this phase is nonetheless crucial for growers: it has a major impact on product quality, quantities sold, and possible outlets. In a word: on the proper valorization of the production. The Janny MT modular solution responds naturally and sustainably to these post-harvest challenges, adapting to the size of each farm.
